Qualified individuals include University and college students enrolled at a higher education institution defined as an accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study. Primary and secondary school students — students enrolled at an accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction. Faculty and staff — teachers and staff employed by an accredited primary or secondary school or public or private university or college. 3: Internal Corporate Use Only of TinMan Runtime:

Redistribution involving the integration of the TinMan AI Runtime libraries (DLL's) with a host-application that is used only for purposes "within the same company" that licensed the TinMan AI Builder development application.

4: Annual Maintenance Provides:

For each client license under an annual maintenance agreement, the licensee is entitled to all major releases, minor releases, patch updates and work-arounds for those respective products licensed and under maintenance. The maintenance agreement also entitles the licensee to 2 hours of telephone support in addition to standard email support. Additional hours can be purchased in advance at $95 / hour.
